Year 4 St Julian
Welcome to Year 4!
We worked cooperatively to create the digestive system.
We have been testing which materials conduct electricity and which materials are insulators.
We all enjoyed designing our hats for Book Day. In the afternoon, the whole school had our very own Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Unlike Alice in Wonderland, we did have some refreshments!
We have been having fun in science creating string telephones and making ear phones to test which is the best material for sound insulation.
Year 4 visit to the Sikh Gurdwara in Arnos Grove
Today in drama we were role playing entering an abandoned house.
On our final forest school day, we invited our parents to enjoy a toasted marshmallow with us.
The children in Year 4 are shepherds in this year's Christmas carol service. Open the document for some costume ideas.
Our Christmas door! This year we are shepherds and our carol is the Little Drummer Boy.
Playing a game makes equivalent fractions seem easier!
Forest School! We love it!
We enjoy our drama lessons with John!
Students from Southgate college taught us in September and October.
Well done England and a special thanks to our very own Gareth Southgate!
