Summer Fair - Friday 13th July 2018
Our Summer Fair is fast approaching and, as the highlight of the school's fundraising calendar, it looks set to be another fantastic event. The Summer Fair is in the diary for Friday 13th July from 3.00pm to 6pm, so please do make a note. While we are hoping that as many families as possible allow our main sponsor Platinum Estate Agents of Cockfosters, to display a board outside their property that advertises the date and time of our fair.
We are on target to make as much as £500 if we can get a minimum of 85 people willing to display boards at their property, so we really need as many of you as possible to sign up. The Estate Agents will deliver and put up the boards which will be up for a few weeks before the event and a couple of weeks afterward. They will then take them down and collect. It really is as simple as that!
If you are able to volunteer to have a display board put up please contact the school office by Thursday 14th June 2018 simply confirming your name, address and contact telephone number.
Although St Andrew’s Southgate PTA are collecting the information, the estate agent, Platinum Estates, will be acting as Data Controller for the information provided. Platinum Estates and their agents may only use the information for the purpose of erecting and dismantling advertising boards and the PTA will ensure that appropriate guarantees are received in this regard before sharing the data with them.
