Father's Day Gift Mugs

 

Father’s Day is fast approaching but there is no need for your children to worry about what to get their dad, grandad, uncle or other special person in their life.

 

After half term the children will be designing and decorating their own mugs in school to be taken home on Thursday 13th June and Friday 14th June.

 

Mugs cost £3 and can be paid for via your child’s ParentPay account.

Do not wipe your mug before making it waterproof.  To make your mug waterproof and prolong the life of the design pop it into a cold oven, heat to 180 degrees C (gas mark 4), bake for 30 minutes then turn off the oven.  Leave the mug in the oven until cold.  You can choose to bake the mugs twice to really set the designs.  Once baked the mugs will be able to be hand washed.
